Ibis Styles Hotel Gelsenkirchen

The location is super close to the train station, made gettin around easy. The staff were really nice and let us check in early which was cool. Breakfast was decent enough to start the day. There were plenty of parking options near the hotel. The room was clean, just lacked air conditioning!

I had standard queen room that also was complete with the shower. The location was perfect and easy and the stuff members were accommodating.

There was bar to be needed.

Loved this good budget hotel, best possible location and brand-new rooms. The staff was very amiable and accommodating from my arrival up until I left. Location: the property was really close to Alma Park, centre and public transport and main alley with shopping malls and restaurants. Dined at Topkapi, it was relatively near the venue. I've had a fun stay for business trip.

The room was clean and the bed provided a solid sleep experience. The absence of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably hot during warm days, and I discovered a bug under the pillows on arrival, concerning. The parking situation was complicated, as reserved spots for hotel guests were not honored.

Box spring beds were very good. Breakfast was very extensive.

The space available and the cleanliness for breakfast left much to be desired. Also the choice of the breakfast buffet was a little bit sparse. Personal ear but very friendly.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, just a short walk from the main train station. We enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere at the bar and appreciated the 24/7 front desk service. The close proximity to the ACDC concert at Veltins-Arena was a huge plus for our stay.

Noise from traffic outside affected our sleep despite thevery comfy and tidy room.

The hotel staff was very nice. It's close to the main station, that's a good point for those like me, travelling by train. The hotel offers ticket for taking the tram or bus to go around during the stay, that's helpful.

Coming Late Night and received uncleaned room. Very expensive Wlan. Hotell staff service more like robotts not human beings.
